Shannon Hershman, former professional dancer and founder of Be Well My Body™, is a certified Pilates instructor, Fascial Stretch Therapist, and energy healer with over 25 years of teaching experience and more than two dozen certifications. After putting her autoimmune disease into remission through natural methods, she became passionate about helping others become pain-free, mobile, and strong—for life.
