In this 55-minute private session, you’ll be guided through Pilates and mobility work tailored to your body and goals. Techniques such as fascia release may also be incorporated to restore flexibility, alignment, and balance.
You’ll strengthen and mobilize using natural movements like squatting, bending, and twisting, helping your body move better in everyday life—not just during exercise. The goal is to build lasting strength, flexibility, and freedom of movement so you can stay active and pain-free as you age.
Sessions are fully customized and can incorporate equipment you have at home, such as:
• Weights
• Resistance bands
• Fitness balls
• Pilates ring
• Pilates equipment (reformer, chair, barrels)
Support for:

• Diastasis

Scheduling
Choose from either a single Pilates & Mobility session or a ten pack of sessions (see below). Sessions are available on Mondays, Wednesdays, and Fridays. Hours vary. You can schedule now or later through your account.
