You will be guided through a 55-minute Pilates session tailored specifically to your needs. Other supportive techniques—such as fascia release and energy work—may be incorporated as needed to restore flexibility, alignment, and balance to your musculoskeletal system.

You will also mobilize and strengthen with natural movements—like squatting, bending, and twisting—so your body learns to move well in everyday life, not just during exercise. The goal is to help you build strength and flexibility so your body stays strong, mobile, and pain-free as you age.

Your session is completely customized to you, and we can work with the equipment you have at home. Some of the equipment I can incorporate includes:

  • Weights
  • Bands
  • Small or large fitness ball
  • Ring
  • Any Pilates machines you may have at home (e.g., reformer, chair, barrels)

  • There is a 24 hour cancellation policy. 
  • Packages of ten expire 6 months from date of purchase

Sessions are virtual.
After purchase, you’ll be able to schedule. Sessions are available on Mondays, Wednesdays, and Fridays.
