Shannon Hershman, former professional dancer and founder of Be Well My Body™, is a certified BASI Pilates instructor, Fascial Stretch Therapist, and energy healer with over 25 years of teaching experience and more than two dozen certifications. 

After putting her chronic pain and autoimmune disease into remission through natural methods, she became passionate about helping others become pain-free, mobile, and strong—for life. 

Her signature class series opens the body in a way most people have never experienced.

Why I Created Pilates for Longevity


3 Reasons

  1. Many clients couldn’t access full range of motion—like deep squats—and needed support for bone density.

  2. As a Fascia Stretch Therapist, I saw the same tightness patterns repeatedly—so I created a program to restore mobility and build strength.
