Yamuna® Body Rolling
Created by wellness pioneer Yamuna Zake, Yamuna® Body Rolling (YBR) is a powerful bodywork technique that helps release aches, pain, and muscular tension throughout the body. Using specialized balls and guided movement, this method restores length to your muscles, creates space in your joints, and helps your body move more freely and comfortably.
During your session, you’ll be an active participant—learning how to properly roll and align your body using the Yamuna method. It’s a gentle yet deeply effective alternative to foam rolling, ideal for those with sensitive tissue, chronic tension, or a reactive nervous system.
Together, we’ll address subtle soft-tissue restrictions that may contribute to misalignments, tightness, or discomfort. Each session includes personalized Yamuna routines tailored to your body’s needs, helping you restore balance, improve posture, and enhance overall mobility.
Clients often notice immediate results—standing taller, moving with ease, and feeling deeply relaxed. Yamuna Body Rolling not only melts away physical stress but also calms your mind, promotes better circulation, and reconnects you to your center.

Yamuna® Foot Fitness
Yamuna Foot Fitness® (YFF) is a powerful technique that helps retrain your feet, restore healthy movement, and relieve foot pain. During each session, you’ll be an active participant—learning how to properly awaken and align your feet using specialized Yamuna tools designed to stimulate balance and circulation.
This method can help heal and prevent common foot problems such as plantar fasciitis, bunions, nerve compression, hammer toe, and flat feet. By improving foot alignment and function, it also enhances total body posture, gait, flexibility, and strength, supporting healthy movement from the ground up.
The Yamuna Foot Wakers® used in this practice offer additional benefits by stimulating acupressure and reflexology points on the feet. This activation supports the meridian system, helping to increase energy flow throughout the body.
You’ll leave your session feeling grounded, energized, and more connected to your body. The goal is to “get your shoes out of your feet”—helping you move naturally and unlock your fullest foot potential.

Scheduling
Sessions are virtual. Choose from either a single Yamuna® session or a ten pack of sessions (see below). Sessions are available on Mondays, Wednesdays, and Fridays. Hours vary. You can schedule now or later through your account.
