Available for children and adults, these 55 minute 1:1 sessions focus on proper technique, alignment, and body awareness to support injury prevention and confident movement. I specialize in explaining correct muscle usage in a way dancers can easily understand and apply, helping them build a strong, safe foundation for dance.

Physical Well-Being
If you or your dancer is experiencing aches or pains, I’ll guide you through self-care strategies and techniques to help relieve discomfort and prevent it from returning. Often, pain stems from fascial adhesions within the tissues that can be released to restore comfort and mobility. I highly recommend Private Foam Rolling lessons so dancers can learn how to care for their bodies—not just while they’re dancing, but for life. You can also purchase the Foam Rolling Mastery Bundle, which includes everything you need to know about rolling from head to toe—a library of approximately 50 on-demand videos for easy, guided practice.

Emotional Well-Being
Dancers are often their own toughest critics. I offer custom Mind-Body Harmony sessions designed to help dancers express themselves, develop a positive mindset, and foster a healthy body image. We also discuss self-care practices and energy healing can be incorporated to promote deep relaxation, restoration, and overall well-being.

  • There is a 24 hour cancellation policy. 
  • Packages of ten expire 6 months from date of purchase

Sessions are virtual.
After purchase, you’ll be able to schedule. Sessions are available on Mondays, Wednesdays, and Fridays.

After purchasing, you’ll receive an email to set up your account. From there, you can schedule your session and share any details, notes, or the genre/focus you’d like.
