During the session, you’ll be an active participant, learning how to properly roll your body using this method. This can be a gentler way to release muscular tension compared to foam rolling, especially for those with sensitive tissue or a sensitive nervous system.
We’ll address subtle soft tissue imbalances that can lead to musculoskeletal misalignments. I’ll guide you through customized Yamuna routines to help restore balance and symmetry where your body needs it most.
You’ll be able to see and feel the difference—standing taller, moving with more ease, and releasing tension as we unwind postural habits. Yamuna Body Rolling not only melts away physical stress but also helps calm your mind and reconnect you to your center.

Yamuna Foot Fitness® retrains your feet and restores full foot function. You are an active participant in this technique. YFF® helps heal and prevent common foot problems, such as plantar fasciitis. It can also improve & offer relief from nerve compression, bunions, hammer toe, flat feet, etc. It helps improve total body posture, alignment, gait, flexibility, strength, and circulation.
The foot wakers also have other health benefits related to acupressure points on the feet. It will stimulate the meridian system and increase energy flow. Your feet will immediately feel awakened and ready to take on the day. The goal is to “get your shoes out of your feet.” Unlock your fullest foot potential!

- Packages of 10 expire 6 months from date of purchase
Once you’ve purchased, you’ll be able to schedule. Sessions are available on Mondays, Wednesdays, and Fridays.
Location & Arrival
Sessions take place in Downers Grove, IL 60515. The full address will be provided in your confirmation email.
When you arrive, please ring the doorbell at the lower-level side entrance next to the parking area—no more than 5 minutes before your session.
