Reiki supports the body’s natural healing process by releasing energetic blockages that contribute to physical pain, tension, and imbalance. Often, blocked energy creates a denser energy field above the affected area.

When energy is stuck or depleted, it can manifest as discomfort, fatigue, or illness—physically and emotionally. Emotions and unresolved experiences can become held in the tissues, forming patterns of tightness, stress, or dis-ease over time.

Reiki helps restore energetic flow and harmony, allowing your body to relax deeply and begin to heal from within.

During a session, many people experience a warm, radiant sensation as energy moves through and around them, promoting a sense of peace and lightness. This deep relaxation helps regulate the nervous system, reduce inflammation, and support physical recovery.

Crystal Chakra balancing and Tuning Fork Sound Therapy may be included to enhance alignment and restore balance.

Sessions are 55 minutes with Reiki Master Shannon Hershman. You’ll remain fully clothed.

At the end, you'll have space to reflect and share your experience. Intuitive insights or guidance may occasionally come through to support your healing journey.

Booking
Once you’ve purchased, you’ll be able to schedule. Sessions are available on Mondays, Wednesdays, and Fridays.
