Your dancer or youth athlete may be carrying hidden muscle tension that builds over time and leads to aches, stiffness, and injury.

In this 1:1 in-person session, they’ll learn how to identify tight areas early and safely release tension using foam rolling and myofascial release techniques — along with simple tools to manage emotional stress that can show up in the body.

This isn’t just recovery — it’s lifelong self-care to help them move with ease, prevent injuries, and perform at their best.

Each athlete will need a foam roller, tennis ball, golf ball, and a journal. Three sessions are recommended to allow ample time to work through the body and discuss techniques.

Where Do Tight Muscles Come From?


Besides repetitive use, a dysregulated nervous system, shallow breathing, chronic stress, and unprocessed emotions are often stored in the fascia. Over time, this creates tension and adhesions that pull the body out of alignment — leading to pain and injury.

Scheduling
Choose a single session or a three-pack (see details below). Three sessions are recommended to allow ample time to work through the body and discuss techniques.

Sessions are offered Mondays, Wednesdays, and Fridays, with some Saturday hours available by request. Scheduling is flexible—you can book now or later through your account. Email bewellmybody@gmail.com for scheduling requests.

Location
This session takes place in Downers Grove, IL. After completing your purchase, you’ll receive a confirmation email containing all the necessary details. Parents are welcome to attend.
