My Journey


I’m a retired professional dancer, Pilates instructor, and healer who has overcome chronic pain and put Ankylosing Spondylitis into remission—first over 12 years ago, and again after each of my first two pregnancies as my body moved through hormonal changes. During my third pregnancy, I remained in remission, a testament to the deep mind-body connection and the tools I’ve cultivated over the years.

Through my personal healing journey, I’ve earned more than two dozen certifications in modalities that support both the physical and energetic bodies. I’ve woven everything I’ve learned into a holistic approach designed to help others move freely, heal deeply, and reconnect with their own innate strength and vitality. Participant Requirements


I’m looking for 5 people who have long-term chronic pain or a lifestyle-related condition and are seeking natural healing solutions—people who are ready to take an active role in their healing journey.

You’ll need to read the Pain-Free Living Guide before your 60-90 minute consultation, implement as many of the recommended lifestyle changes as possible, and participate in the on-demand content. You’ll also receive a follow-up consultation 1-2 months later.

Lifestyle topics include nutritional strategies to reduce inflammation, stress management techniques, and holistic approaches like cold therapy, fascia release, and movement to manage discomfort. You’ll also explore the role of mindset, sleep, and emotional health in recovery, along with tools such as meditation, mindfulness, and nervous system reset techniques to restore energy flow and balance.
