Shannon Hershman, former professional dancer and founder of Be Well My Body™, is a dance teacher, certified BASI Pilates instructor and Fascial Stretch Therapist with over 25 years of teaching experience and more than two dozen certifications.

She helps dancers overcome pain and teaches them how to care for their bodies with confidence and compassion.
