Please read the following Terms and Agreements carefully before accessing or participating in any offerings provided by Shannon Hershman, founder of Be Well My Body LLC. By purchasing, registering for, or participating in any service, course, or class, you agree to the terms outlined below.

All content provided, including videos, downloadable materials, and live sessions, is the intellectual property of Be Well My Body LLC. Reproduction, distribution, or resale without written permission is strictly prohibited.

Be Well My Body LLC reserves the right to update these Terms at any time. Any changes will be posted on the website, and continued use of services indicates agreement to the updated terms.
9. Dispute Resolution
Any dispute, claim, or controversy arising out of or relating to these Terms, your participation, or services provided shall first be attempted to be resolved through informal negotiation. If resolution is not achieved, the matter shall be submitted to binding arbitration in the State of Illinois under the rules of the American Arbitration Association. Each party shall bear its own costs, and the arbitrator’s decision shall be final and binding. NOTICE: By agreeing to arbitration, you are waiving your right to bring claims in court or to a jury trial. Arbitration shall take place in DuPage, Illinois, unless both parties agree otherwise.

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Illinois, where Be Well My Body LLC is registered.
In this 55-minute virtual session, young athletes will learn how to identify subtle muscular tightness and fascial restrictions that can lead to misalignments and injury. They’ll be guided through release techniques to eliminate tension and restore full range of motion. This session not only benefits them in the moment but provides tools they can use for a lifetime.

Scheduling Sessions are virtual. After purchase, look for an email with your login details. From your account, you can schedule your consultation at your convenience (if you haven’t already). Appointments are available on Mondays, Wednesdays, and Fridays.
