Please read the following Terms and Agreements carefully before accessing or participating in any offerings provided by Shannon Hershman, founder of Be Well My Body, LLC. By purchasing, registering for, or participating in any service, course, or class, you agree to the terms outlined below.

All content provided, including videos, downloadable materials, and live sessions, is the intellectual property of Be Well My Body, LLC. Reproduction, distribution, or resale without written permission is strictly prohibited.

Be Well My Body, LLC reserves the right to update these Terms at any time. Any changes will be posted on the website, and continued use of services indicates agreement to the updated terms.
9. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the state in which Be Well My Body, LLC is registered.
You will be guided through a 55-minute Pilates session tailored specifically to your needs. Other supportive techniques—such as fascia release work—may be incorporated as needed to restore flexibility, alignment, and balance to your musculoskeletal system.
You will also mobilize and strengthen with natural movements—like squatting, bending, and twisting—so your body learns to move well in everyday life, not just during exercise. The goal is to help you build strength and flexibility so your body stays strong, mobile, and pain-free as you age.

SchedulingOnce you purchase, you’ll be able to schedule your sessions. Appointments are available on Mondays, Wednesdays, and Fridays.
Chicago Option If you’d like to schedule at Centered on North (Chicago, IL), please email [email protected]. Availability there is very limited on Tuesdays and Thursdays.

I’ve been a client of Shannon’s for about 10 years, and recently we’ve been focusing more on large-range mobility and targeted fascia release work. Shannon has been my Pilates Instructor for about 7 years. During that time she has helped me stay flexible, strong, and balanced.
