Shannon Hershman, founder of Be Well My Body™, is a certified BASI Pilates instructor, Level 3 Fascial Stretch Therapist, energy practitioner, and former professional dancer with more than 25 years of teaching experience and over 25 professional certifications in movement, wellness, and rehabilitation.
After putting her chronic pain and autoimmune disease into remission naturally, she became passionate about helping others discover the transformative power of movement and take an active role in restoring their bodies for long-term health.
Her signature Pilates for Longevity virtual class series integrates Pilates, fascia-focused movement, and wellness practices to create a whole-body approach to healthy aging and lifelong vitality.
