Shannon Hershman, founder of Be Well My Body™, is a former professional dancer, certified BASI Pilates instructor, Fascia Stretch Therapist, and energy practitioner with 25+ years of teaching experience and 20+ certifications.

After putting her chronic pain and autoimmune disease into remission naturally, she became passionate about helping others move pain-free, stay mobile, and feel strong—for life.

Her signature virtual Pilates class series opens the body in a way most people have never experienced.
