After overcoming an autoimmune disease and years of chronic pain, I dedicated my life to understanding how the body heals, adapts, and stays strong as we age.
As a former professional dancer, Pilates instructor of 25+ years, and Level 3 Fascial Stretch Therapist, I've spent decades studying movement, rehabilitation, and healthy aging—earning more than 25 professional certifications along the way.
Today, I use that knowledge to help women restore strength, mobility, and confidence in their bodies so they can feel their best at every age.
