Shannon Hershman, former professional dancer and founder of Be Well My Body™, has been a certified Pilates instructor for over 25 years, is a Level 3 Fascial Stretch Therapist, and holds more than two dozen certifications in movement, rehabilitation, and healthy aging.
After putting her chronic pain and autoimmune disease into remission naturally, she became passionate about helping others discover the transformative power of movement and take an active role in restoring their bodies for long-term health.
