Why I Created Pilates for Longevity
I noticed two consistent challenges among my clients.
Many struggled to move through their full range and needed exercises that built strength and supported bone density. At the same time, as a fascia stretch therapist, I kept seeing the same tight patterns appear again and again.
Tightness and lack of strength are two of the biggest factors that limit mobility and longevity, so I designed a program specifically to address both.
I also wanted to go beyond traditional, linear Pilates. This program trains your body for real lifeâhelping you bend, twist, balance, and move with easeâso your strength and flexibility carry over into everything you do.
