Give your body the care it deserves with this deeply restorative 55-minute virtual stretch session. You’ll be gently guided through movements that help identify where your body is holding onto tension, then shown how to safely and effectively release it.
We'll also take time to talk through what might be limiting your flexibility—both physically and energetically—so you leave the session not only feeling more open and aligned, but also recharged and at ease. Clients often describe a sense of lightness, calm, and renewed energy afterward.
To enhance your comfort and support, please have a yoga strap (or towel), two yoga blocks, and a pillow nearby. These simple tools will help deepen your stretches and invite even more relaxation into your practice.
