This 55-minute in-person 1:1 session blends Eastern and Western techniques to help you break free from chronic pain and restore well-being from the inside out. You’ll learn evidence-based tools to reduce inflammation, regulate your nervous system, improve sleep, release stored tension and trauma, and restore healthy energy flow.
We’ll cover topics like nutrition, movement, fascia release, cold therapy, mindset, meditation, and more. These are the same powerful tools that supported my own healing journey and continue to guide me today.

After purchase, look for an email with your login details. From your account, you can schedule your consultation at your convenience (if you haven’t already). Appointments are available on Mondays, Wednesdays, and Fridays.
Chicago Option
If you’d like to schedule at Centered on North (Chicago, IL), please email [email protected]. Availability there is very limited on Tuesdays and Thursdays. For more flexible scheduling, you can book a virtual Pain-Free Living Consultation instead.
