Terms and Agreements

Be Well My Body, LLC

Please read the following Terms and Agreements carefully before accessing or participating in any offerings provided by Shannon Hershman, founder of Be Well My Body, LLC. By purchasing, registering for, or participating in any service, course, or class, you agree to the terms outlined below.

1. Services Covered

These terms apply to the following services provided by Be Well My Body, LLC:

  • On-demand classes (including Pilates for Longevity)
  • Pre-recorded courses (e.g., Pilates Mat, Postpartum Pilates, Stretching, Foam Rolling MasterCourse Level 1 & 2, Mindfulness & Meditation, Cold Therapy, Breathwork, and related bonus content)
  • Private virtual lessons (Pilates, Mobility Work, Fascia Release Work, Yamuna® Body Rolling & Foot Fitness, Foam Rolling, Stretching, Reiki, Quantum Energy Healing)

2. Access Terms 

  • On-demand classes and digital courses are provided with "lifetime access," defined as access for the duration that Be Well My Body, LLC continues to maintain and host the content on the current platform. If the platform changes or the business ceases operation, access may be discontinued.
  • Private session packages (5- or 10-session bundles) expire within the timeframe stated at purchase. Extensions are not guaranteed and are at the discretion of Be Well My Body, LLC.

3. Payment & Refunds

  • All payments are due in full at the time of purchase unless otherwise specified.
  • Digital products (on-demand classes, courses, and memberships) are non-refundable due to the immediate access provided.
  • Private virtual lessons may be rescheduled with a minimum of 24 hours notice. Missed sessions without notice will be forfeited.

 4. Health Disclaimer

  • Be Well My Body, LLC does not provide medical advice. The services offered are educational and wellness-based in nature and are not a substitute for professional medical evaluation or treatment.
  • Participants should consult with their physician before starting any new movement, bodywork, or wellness program, especially if pregnant, recently postpartum, or living with a medical condition or injury.

5. Waiver of Liability

By participating in any service, you acknowledge and agree that:

  • You assume full responsibility for your health and well-being.
  • You release Be Well My Body, LLC and Shannon Hershman from all liability for any injury, condition, or damages resulting from your participation in the services provided.
  • You will stop any activity that causes discomfort or pain and seek appropriate medical attention if necessary.

6. Intellectual Property

All content provided, including videos, downloadable materials, and live sessions, is the intellectual property of Be Well My Body, LLC. Reproduction, distribution, or resale without written permission is strictly prohibited.

7. Community Conduct

  • Respectful behavior is expected in any community forums, live classes, or direct communication.
  • Any harassment, inappropriate conduct, or misuse of the platform will result in immediate termination of access without refund.

8. Modifications

Be Well My Body, LLC reserves the right to update these Terms at any time. Any changes will be posted on the website, and continued use of services indicates agreement to the updated terms.

9. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the state in which Be Well My Body, LLC is registered.

 

Pilates & Mobility (Virtual)


Start your journey to lasting strength and flexibility

Enjoy a Pilates & Mobility session to restore flexibility, alignment, and balance. You’ll also practice natural movements—squatting, bending, twisting—to build lasting strength and mobility for everyday life.

Sessions can be adapted to the equipment you have at home, including weights, bands, balls, rings, or Pilates machines (reformer, chair, barrels). Don’t worry if you have limited equipment—we’ll make it work!

PLEASE NOTE:
There is a 24 hour cancellation policy.

Sessions are virtual. 
After purchase, you’ll be able to schedule. Sessions are available on Mondays, Wednesdays, and Fridays.
