Enjoy a Pilates & Mobility session to restore flexibility, alignment, and balance. You’ll also practice natural movements—squatting, bending, twisting—to build lasting strength and mobility for everyday life.
Sessions can be adapted to the equipment you have at home, including weights, bands, balls, rings, or Pilates machines (reformer, chair, barrels). Don’t worry if you have limited equipment—we’ll make it work!

There is a 24 hour cancellation policy.
Scheduling
Sessions are virtual. After purchase, look for an email with your login details. From your account, you can schedule your consultation at your convenience (if you haven’t already). Appointments are available on Mondays, Wednesdays, and Fridays.
