About Shannon Hershman,
Your Instructor
Shannon Hershman, former professional dancer and founder of Be Well My Body™, is a certified Pilates instructor, Fascial Stretch Therapist, and Reiki Master.
She was runner-up for the BASI Pilates Kathy Grant Scholarship and has 25+ years of teaching experience, along with over two dozen certifications focused on helping people move and feel better in their bodies.
After overcoming years of chronic pain herself, she now helps clients restore mobility, build strength, and move through life with greater ease.
Her signature class series opens the body in a way most people have never experienced.Â
